Refund and Cancellation Policy

Current free learning service

The lessons and updates on this website are free. This version has no checkout or payment collection, so there is no purchase to cancel or refund here.

Before paying for a course

Any future paid course must disclose the seller, syllabus, delivery format, duration, access period, total price including applicable taxes and charges, support arrangements and cancellation/refund conditions before you pay. Do not pay based only on a social-media message or a claimed guaranteed outcome.

Previous or externally hosted purchases

If you already purchased a course or paid through another platform, the terms disclosed for that transaction and applicable law govern your request. This policy does not retrospectively cancel your rights or impose a new time limit. Contact hello@orchidresearch.in with the order reference, purchase date and issue. Do not send full card details or OTPs.

Payment problems and consumer rights

Report duplicate charges, non-delivery, incorrect charges or access problems promptly. We will assess the transaction and coordinate with the responsible provider where applicable. Any accepted refund must be handled under the applicable payment process and law. Nothing here excludes mandatory remedies for defective, deficient or misdescribed services.
